Per the horse's mouth, the Capitals have traded Brian "Granite Chin" Sutherby to Anaheim for a second round pick in the 2009 entry draft.

He should fit in well there. He's big and tough, and is a great character guy. I'm sorry to see him go, although you had to figure it was going to happen. There goes two-thirds of the much ballyhooed "CBS" line. Can you believe those guys scored 37 goals together back in 2005?! (Sutherby 14 Gs, 7 Gs, Clymer 16 Gs). Now, Clymer demoted, Sutherby traded, Bradley -- still around. For now. I'd hold out on buying that jersey Derek.
